CLTW Roles and Responsibilities:
Jennie Luebeck is a course developer and faculty
advisor for CLTW. She designed and teaches the course Math 529,
Assessment Models and Issues. She currently serves on three CLTW
doctoral dissertation committees.
Primary Research Interests:
Jennifer’s recent activity has focused around
developing, delivering, and evaluating professional development
in mathematics for practicing K-12 teachers. She is especially
interested in:
• Programs and frameworks that effectively provide professional
development in mathematics for isolated rural and beginning teachers
• Models of computer-mediated communication (CMC) that support
effective professional development experiences in mathematics

Jennifer Luebeck holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum
and Instruction/Mathematics Education from Montana State University-Bozeman.
She is significantly involved in on-line course design and delivery
both through CLTW and MSU’s masters program in mathematics
education. She works closely with Montana K-12 teachers through
a variety of professional development grants.
